Sanford South University Medical Center is one of three medical center campuses in Fargo.

Here, you’ll find orthopedic surgery and rehabilitation, with inpatient units for these services. You’ll also find a clinic, inpatient behavioral health and eating disorders treatment, and partial hospitalization programs. 

Urgent care, orthopedic walk-in care and heart and vascular screenings are also available at this location.

Preparing for Your Visit

Parking

The new main entrance and parking lot are located on the east side of the facility on the 11th Street South. Additional parking is available in the parking ramp across the street and connected by a tunnel.

Sanford South University Medical Center is centrally located in the Fargo community, adjacent to I-94 and located on South University Drive, a major roadway. The facility is conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, hotels, churches, service stations and other businesses.  

Amenities

The medical center features the Prairie Mill Café, Sanford Gift Shop and Sanford Pharmacy. Sanford Urgent Care and Sanford Orthopedic Walk-in Clinic are located on the southeast end of the medical center.
