Kit Collection/Processing – Non-Sanford ($30)
For patients in the Bismarck, Mandan and Dickinson area, please call your local Sanford Laboratory to schedule an appointment.
All testing is performed in our accredited laboratory.
Any person under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who can consent to testing.
Minors in certain states may consent to diagnostic testing for sexually transmitted diseases/infections, drug abuse, and pregnancy. Please consult with laboratory staff for more details.
Payment is required at the time of service and insurance will not be billed. We accept all major credit cards. We cannot accept cash or check for these services.
