Get ready for your baby’s arrival in a comfortable learning environment. Our childbirth classes invite expecting mothers and their support person to learn more about the birth process and prepare for delivery day.

Topics Include: 

• Healthy living
• The birth process
• Coping strategies for labor, including comfort techniques and pain relief options 
• Postpartum healing
• Caring for your newborn, including infant CPR, breastfeeding and car sear safety
• Classes are led by obstetrics and CLS-certified registered nurses and are free to attend. You’ll also have a chance to tour the nursery and birthing unit during each series.
