Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is tailored to help you connect with your changing body and prepare for the journey of labor and motherhood.
What to Expect:
- Modified Poses: Yoga postures are adapted to accommodate your changing body, ensuring safety and comfort while avoiding positions that may put pressure on the abdomen
- Breathing Techniques: Deep, conscious breathing exercises to manage stress, prepare for labor, and promote relaxation
- Pelvic Floor Awareness: Gentle exercises to strengthen and prepare these vital muscles for childbirth and postpartum recovery

When are the classes held? Sundays from 2:45-3:45 pm
Where are the classes held? Group Fitness Room 1 at Family Wellness, 2960 Seter Pkwy, Fargo, ND 58104
What do I need to bring? Water bottle and a mat (optional). Family Wellness has mats for members and non-member participants to use.
How much does this class cost? $5 nonrefundable per class
