Sherry Stein, MD

Dr. Sherry Stein loves delivering babies and providing care to moms, but she really loves seeing kids. She loves when they come in and wear their doctor’s outfits and say they’re going to be a Dr. Stein when they’re older. Her younger patients know who she is when she’s out in the community. If she goes to the market, they’ll come running up and give her a hug. Nothing can beat that. With her adult patients, she tries to gain their trust. She believes that when patients trust what their doctors say, chances are they are going to take their advice and be more likely to take on preventive health care that will help them live long lives. Dr. Stein always found it difficult to decide between pediatrics and obstetrics and gynecology. By doing family medicine, she gets to do both. As only an OB/GYN, she delivered a baby to give it to a pediatrician who would handle its health needs. Through family medicine, she gets the best of both worlds.
