I've remained a patient of Vanessa Skolness because she is always very present at my appointments. She is listening only to me. She responds to every question I have. She's articulate and she's kind and caring. What I would do different was at your front desk. I was embarrassed. The waiting room full of people and the gentleman who checked me in said, ma'am, you have a past due balance on your account of $200 and I think it was $30 some dollars. Do you want to pay that now? Well, I didn't. And that felt shameful to me that I couldn't. And he was too loud as he was telling everybody my financial business. So that I would like to see changed. If I want to pay my bill, when I want to pay my bill, I'll pay my bill. He didn't need to make a big deal out of it. So that made me disgruntled. The nurse was world class.
