I just want to reiterate that, when we called to make the appointment, the first receptionist hung up on us due to her unusual misunderstanding of our request. Highly unprofessional. Thankfully the gentleman who answered when we called right back was able to make the appointment for us. He even apologized for our previous experience. The nurses and doctor then exceeded our expectations with their kindness. Apart from the first rude receptionist, we had a surprisingly wonderful experience for what it was: a mom alone with a 2 year old and 4 year old who hadn't had their naps and were getting 3 shots each. Kudos team!
