Lauren’s research includes a project on athletic experiences conducted at the Special Olympics World Winter Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea. She has also assisted with research regarding the Healthy Kids Program in Colorado Springs, CO.

I believe everyone already has the ability to heal and live the life they hope for. I value authenticity and vulnerability because it takes strength and courage. I will bring grace, compassion and a healthy sprinkle of humor to our relationship.

Teens have become my favorite group to work with because they are smart, witty and resilient. It’s not easy growing up these days facing anxiety, depression, negative body image – the list goes on. My hope is to help them be truly seen and understood.

Personal Interests

Lauren recently moved from Colorado to be closer to her family. On warm days, she enjoys hiking and when it’s rainy, she likes reading thrillers. She’s getting into photography and loves going on adventures. She’s excited to grow in this community and find ways to make a difference.
