This is my second visit that I go within a year and both visits Joann has gone above and beyond. I know both times she has to come and grab me from the lobby because nurses are busy or in meetings so she always goes above and beyond and I would like her to be recognized for that. She also takes care of all my needs and makes sure I go over everything that I need.
