Heather Rathgeber is a registered nurse certified in diabetes care and education. She provides comprehensive education, personalized care and self-management skills for patients with diabetes.

Heather offers individual counseling for patients of all ages with type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes, as well as pregnancy care for patients with pre-existing diabetes.

She also assists with training and management of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitor systems.

Heather enjoys spending time with her friends and family doing fun activities such as walking, biking, paddling, skiing, snowshoeing, line and Zumba dancing, baking, cooking, eating, crafting, shopping, traveling, playing games, listening to music and attending concerts.
