Felt as ease and listened to my concerns, professionalism was great, very easy to talk to. (Some times it takes a lot for me to open about myself...always been a caregiver to others).

My husband is a Wells Fargo employee and our insurance for quite a few years has been Blue Cross Blue Shield, but it recently changed to UnitedHealthcare and it's a tier system. And apparently Dr. Elizabeth Miller is a Tier 2 doctor instead of a Tier 1. And I asked her about that and she has no idea why she's a Tier 2, how to become a Tier 1, but if that's the way it is, I'm going to have to probably switch to a different doctor because of the cost. And I just wanted to let you know that UnitedHealthcare isn't doing anything about it. They just think we should call our doctor and ask them why they're not a Tier 1. And I asked her and she does not know.
