A Specialist in Geriatric Medicine
Dr. Darin Lang specializes in geriatric care, preventive medicine and adult chronic disease management. He treats memory loss, heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
His services include:

Dr. Lang is the first physician in North Dakota to become board certified in lifestyle medicine. Lifestyle medicine is an evidence-based approach to treating conditions through lifestyle changes. Dr. Lang works with patients to replace their unhealthy behaviors with better choices that relieve symptoms and mitigate diseases.
He is the department chair of internal medicine in Fargo and Moorhead. He is also an associate professor at the University of North Dakota, and he is a faculty member with the internal medicine residency and geriatric fellowship programs.
