My idea of care is based on the belief that health care should consist of shared decision-making between the health care provider and patient. I work with my patients to develop an personalized plan of care that optimizes their health with a focus on preventing or delaying the progression of disease.

Star ratings are based on a 0-100 point scale converted to 1-5 stars. Providers must have a minimum of 30 patient ratings to receive a formal rating.
