If you are pregnant for the first time or just need a refresher, attend a prepared childbirth class. Learn about labor, birth and the options that are available for you, including comfort measures, relaxation skills and labor support.

Please sign up at least 24 hours prior to the class starting. 

Each attendee may bring one guest.
