A sports physical visit includes:
- A physical exam with heart and lung check
- Review of injury and concussion history
- A check-in about lifestyle and habits
- Certain immunizations as needed (billed through insurance)
Get a $35 sports physical. Appointment required.
Schedule to have $15 of your appointment cost donated back to your student's athletic school.
