My approach to therapy centers on understanding the body-brain connection. By understanding the unique challenges of each patient, I can work with them to create better treatment plans to achieve their goals.

I believe every person is on their own journey in overcoming communication challenges and self-regulation and emotional regulation challenges to reach their goals. I enjoy embracing the journey with people and giving them lifelong tools that make their journey a little bit easier.

Personal Interests

Michelle enjoys gatherings with family, quilting, as well as spending time in nature. Michelle grew up in various towns throughout the Midwest and is proud to call Minnesota home.
